Better health starts with taking the first steps.

GlatzGroup, LLC is comprised of healthcare professionals who assist in comprehensive ENT services and procedures in the Rio Grande Valley.

Our medical facility creates an opportunity to provide high quality, patient-centered care, through the implementation of advanced medical technology, compassionate care, and honest communication within ENT healthcare.

Ear & Hearing Solutions

Our ENT providers use advanced technologies such as otoscopy and audiometry to evaluate hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, and balance disorders. For conditions like otitis media (middle ear infections) or tympanoplasty (eardrum repair), our providers perform surgical procedures to drain infections, repair perforations, or reconstruct the middle ear. Additionally, we treat hearing loss with hearing aids, cochlear implants, or bone-anchored hearing aids, as well as managing tinnitus with sound therapy or medication.

Sinus Relief & Airway Treatment

Treating sinus relief and airway treatment often involves a comprehensive approach that targets the nasal passages, sinuses, and upper airways. Our ENT specialist may use a combination of techniques to restore normal breathing and alleviate congestion. This may include nasal endoscopy to visualize the nasal passages and sinuses, followed by saline irrigation or medicated sprays to clear out debris and reduce inflammation. In more severe cases, balloon sinuplasty or other minimally invasive procedures may be performed to dilate the nasal passages and sinuses, combating chronic congestion and promoting normal drainage and airflow.

Throat & Sleep Apnea Solutions

Treating throat disorders and sleep apnea often involves addressing airway obstructions and promoting proper breathing. Dr. Glatz specializes in surgical treatments, such as tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy surgery to remove the inflamed tissue, which can help relieve nasal congestion and breathing difficulties. As for individuals experiencing obstructive sleep apnea and are intolerant to their CPAP, Dr. Glatz is the first in the RGV to provide Inspire Sleep Therapy. A mask-free therapy and implantable device that keeps your airway open while you sleep, so you can breathe regularly and sleep soundly.

BALLOON SINUS DILATION

Say goodbye to sinus pressure and congestion!

Balloon sinuplasty is a life changing and minimally invasive treatment option that can be performed by Dr. Glatz in the convenience of his clinic. Balloon sinuplasty technology is used to treat chronic or recurrent sinusitis, facial pain and pressure, and nasal obstruction. Balloon sinuplasty is an effective and lasting option for patients whose symptoms do not resolve with medication.

Once Dr. Glatz carefully determines you are a balloon sinuplasty candidate, he will offer you a customized treatment plan that will consider your health needs. The primary objective of balloon sinuplasty is to reshape the anatomy of your nasal cavity, to expand sinus pathways, restore airflow, and allow for proper drainage. The procedure is office based, minimally invasive, and patients resume normal activity within 24-48 hours.
